Eggless Banana Chocolate Cake

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup refined oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoon yoghurt (curd)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup colorful sprinkles
How to make Eggless Banana Chocolate Cake
In a bowl, take the curd and baking soda, mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Peel the banana and mash it using a fork. You can use blender too.
Add sugar and milk to the curd mixture and let the sugar dissolve. Add vanilla essence, oil and mash banana to it and mix them well.
Sieve in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and gently fold it to make a smooth batter.
Grease a cake pan and pre-heat oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
Pour the batter into the greased pan, sprinkle the chocolate sprinkler and bake for 35 minutes. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
Remove from oven, let it stand for 5 minutes.
Demould it and let it cool down completely. Cut and serve immediately.
